NDT was constructed between two already existing building, a concert hall and a hotel. No cooperation took place with the architects of the already mentioned structures. The close surroundings of the buildings is reflected, for example, in the exterior wall of the concert hall becoming part of the interior of the theatre. The foyer of the building is made up of three levels. The lowest is placed below the level of the auditorium with a balcony and the so-called “sky bar” rising high above both.
