A Czech architect, a disciple of Jan Kotěra. The majority of his building is located in Ostrava, where he was without competition during the 1930 and most of more important architectural assignments was commissioned to him. He participated in competition for a building of Moravian Ostrava Saving Bank and won. He was commissioned by execution of the new storehouse Brouk a Babka and later store and residential house of Italian insurance company Riunione Adriatica di Sicurta.
