The original complex of municipal slaughterhouse and meat market at the corner of Korunní Street and Boleslavská Street was converted into buildings that would host workshops, scenery depots, reception, garages and transport vehicles for Národní divadlo na Vinohradech (National Theatre in Vinohrady), currently Divadlo na Vinohradech (Theatre in Vinohrady). The wooden structure of the former meat market is located in the courtyard and currently serves as a scenery depot. It is a timber framing structure with brickwork fillings and ornamental, arch-shaped frontage. The meat market was designed as a long, three-aisle hall where the central aisle is higher than the others, with a wooden roof frame. The interior is illuminated by stripes of windows along both sides and an arcuate, partitioned window in the frontage.

A simple building stretching along Boleslavská Street hosts paint shops, workshops and a costume rental. The courtyard is being used by transportation vehicles. As of July 30, 2012, the former meat market was declared a national landmark by the Czech Ministry of Culture.
